Terms of Service

1. Using ClawDB
By creating an account or using the hosted MCP gateway, you agree to these terms. You're responsible for what your API keys and agents do, so keep your keys secret and revoke any you suspect are compromised.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use ClawDB to store or process content that's illegal, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to exceed your plan's rate limits in a way intended to degrade service for other tenants.
3. Plans and billing
The Free tier is free with no time limit. Paid tiers renew on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period unless required by law.
4. Your data
You own the content you store in your workspace. You grant us only the limited right to host, process, and back it up as needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and incidents will be communicated where practical.
6. Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.
7. Disclaimers and liability
ClawDB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes, we'll notify account holders by email before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawDB is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
