Land it as typed memory, or as raw vectors
Most imports go into a Studio database, the same typed, MCP-ready memory an agent would create on its own — this works regardless of what the source provider gave you. If the source already carries compatible embeddings and you want them preserved exactly, import straight into a raw vector collection instead.
Common questions
Reused when they're compatible with the destination. Importing straight into a Studio database always works regardless of embeddings — ClawDB's engine embeds content itself, the same as anything created directly in Studio. Importing into a raw vector collection instead requires the source's embeddings to already match that collection's dimensions.
