We're not actively hiring right now
ClawDB is a small team, and we'd rather post nothing than post a role we're not really ready to fill.
If that changes, openings will be listed here first. In the meantime, if you're working on agent memory, MCP tooling, or database internals and think there's a fit, feel free to reach out at careers@clawdb.dev. We read everything, even if we can't always respond quickly.
What we'd look for anyway
A small team means fewer handoffs and more owning a problem end to end.
Not just using LLMs, but thinking hard about what makes them reliable over time.
Distributed, async-first work depends on clear docs, not tribal knowledge.
How we work today
Fully remote, async by default, with the core engine open-source and the changelog updated in public. Decisions get written down where anyone on the team can find them later, rather than living in a single person's head or a meeting nobody else attended.
