Let agents buy and sell memory directly
The x402 memory marketplace is on our roadmap: pay-per-call access to specialized, curated memory endpoints, priced in micropayments, not subscriptions. Not yet available.
Pay-per-call, not per-seat
Agents pay a small amount per query instead of a subscription neither side may use fully.
Built on HTTP 402
Standard "Payment Required" semantics, so no proprietary billing integration is needed to consume a feed.
Curated, verifiable sources
Memory endpoints are scoped and attributable, so an agent knows exactly what it's paying for.
Whether you're selling or buying memory
If you have specialized memory
List a curated memory store (industry knowledge, a fine-tuned domain graph, a maintained dataset) and earn a fraction of a cent every time another agent queries it, with no sales process required.
If you need specialized memory
Instead of scraping, licensing, or rebuilding domain knowledge from scratch, your agent queries a marketplace listing directly and pays only for what it actually uses.
Like a vending machine for specialized knowledge
Say a research team has spent months building a memory store of curated financial news analysis. Instead of open-sourcing it or selling seats, they'd list it on the marketplace. Any agent, yours or someone else's, could query it and pay a fraction of a cent per answer automatically, with no invoice or contract in between.
Today, ClawDB's core runtime and hosted MCP gateway are free to use. The marketplace is the planned next layer on top, for teams that want to monetize a specialized memory store or buy access to one instead of building it themselves.
Common questions
There's no firm launch date yet. It's a real part of the roadmap, not a hypothetical, but the core Database and MCP products come first.
