Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create a ClawDB account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (or OAuth identity if you sign in via GitHub or Google). When you use the hosted product, we store the workspace data you explicitly write to it, including any memory, records, object storage files, and metadata your API key writes via the dashboard, SDK, or MCP gateway, plus operational metadata (API usage counts, timestamps, IP addresses of requests) needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

We use account data to authenticate you and operate your workspace, usage data to enforce plan limits and diagnose issues, and your contact email to send service notices (password resets, security alerts, billing notices). We do not sell your data or the contents of your memory stores to third parties.

3. Workspace data

Content you write into a ClawDB memory store, knowledge graph, or object storage bucket belongs to you. We access it only to operate the service (backups, debugging a support request you file, or as required by law), never to train models or for any purpose unrelated to running the platform.

4. Cookies and sessions

The dashboard uses local storage and short-lived session tokens to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers, and we don't sell browsing data to ad networks.

5. Data retention and deletion

Deleting a workspace removes its databases, branches, and object storage from active systems, and backups are purged on a rolling schedule shortly after. You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. International transfers

Your workspace instance is provisioned in a specific region, and data generally stays within that region's infrastructure. If you need data to stay within a particular jurisdiction for compliance reasons, mention it when discussing an Enterprise plan.

7. Children's privacy

ClawDB is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We aim to honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction: contact us and we'll act on it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.

10. Contact
